Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Provide operational support for private credit clients, including cash and position reconciliations.
- Support credit operations across various sectors like Middle Market Lending and Real Estate.
- Ensure quality control and data oversight for credit operations workflows.
- Participate in automation and process improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with diverse teams to enhance operational efficiency.
- Train and mentor staff on operational procedures and systems.
- Maintain thorough understanding of bank debt and fixed income securities.
- Develop workflows for cash management and reconciliation processes.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Economics; MBA preferred.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in investment or private credit operations.
- Proficiency in loan operations and administration practices.
- Experience with Virtus and FIS accounting systems preferred.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
