Job Description

Overview

  • Manage daily operations of private credit loan workflows, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
  • Provide operational and technological support for multiple business units in private credit.
  • Develop and maintain workflows within accounting systems for credit operations.
  • Establish and refine processes and procedures for credit operations workflows.
  • Train staff on credit operations processes and systems.
  • Collaborate with client service, fund accounting, technology, and sales teams.
  • Support automation and process improvement projects for operational efficiency.
  • Enhance industry knowledge and provide customized operational support.
  • Work in a dynamic team environment to achieve organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Provide operational support for private credit clients, including cash and position reconciliations.
  • Support credit operations across various sectors like Middle Market Lending and Real Estate.
  • Ensure quality control and data oversight for credit operations workflows.
  • Participate in automation and process improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with diverse teams to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Train and mentor staff on operational procedures and systems.
  • Maintain thorough understanding of bank debt and fixed income securities.
  • Develop workflows for cash management and reconciliation processes.
  • Ensure deliverables are completed accurately and on time.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Economics; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in investment or private credit operations.
  • Proficiency in loan operations and administration practices.
  • Experience with Virtus and FIS accounting systems preferred.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Team-oriented individual with collaborative mindset.
  • Detail-oriented with problem-solving capabilities and initiative.
