Job Description

Overview

  • Provide front desk coverage, ensuring professional and efficient reception services for visitors and staff.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them appropriately.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area, creating a welcoming environment.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling and document preparation.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Support special projects and tasks as assigned by management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all activities.
  • Provide excellent customer service to all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling inquiries.
  • Answer and route phone calls, ensuring prompt and accurate communication.
  • Maintain visitor logs and monitor access to the premises.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for scheduling and administrative support.
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence and documentation as needed.
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy and stocked with necessary supplies.
  • Assist in organizing meetings and events, including logistical arrangements.
  • Provide assistance to staff and management with ad-hoc tasks.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a receptionist or similar role preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using office equipment and software applications.
  • Ability to maintain a professional demeanor and provide exceptional customer service.
  • High school diploma or equivalent educational background required.
