Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Answer incoming calls in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Consistently achieve daily performance goals set by management.
- Listen actively to patients’ concerns and provide accurate information.
- Perform registration and insurance updates for patient visits.
- Track member consents and conduct outreach using assigned lists.
- Process care plans, visit summaries, and educational materials efficiently.
- Document member engagements accurately and comprehensively.
- Assist with special projects outside normal responsibilities when required.
- Adapt to process changes and learn new procedures quickly.
Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 2 years of combined education, experience, or certification.
- Preferred experience with electronic medical records and Microsoft Office.
- Bilingual Spanish-speaking skills are a plus.
- Strong data entry and customer service skills required.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and empathize with patients.
- Reliable internet connectivity meeting specified speed and latency requirements.
