Job Description

Overview

  • Provide administrative support to clinic and mobile operations in a remote setting.
  • Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy.
  • Perform patient registration and insurance verification tasks accurately.
  • Track member consents and conduct outreach to established members.
  • Obtain medical records, process care plans, and mail educational materials.
  • Adapt to schedule flexibility and pivot responsibilities as needed.
  • Engage in continuous training to enhance skills and development.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure operational success.
  • Maintain reliable internet connectivity to support remote work requirements.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Answer incoming calls in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Consistently achieve daily performance goals set by management.
  • Listen actively to patients’ concerns and provide accurate information.
  • Perform registration and insurance updates for patient visits.
  • Track member consents and conduct outreach using assigned lists.
  • Process care plans, visit summaries, and educational materials efficiently.
  • Document member engagements accurately and comprehensively.
  • Assist with special projects outside normal responsibilities when required.
  • Adapt to process changes and learn new procedures quickly.

Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of combined education, experience, or certification.
  • Preferred experience with electronic medical records and Microsoft Office.
  • Bilingual Spanish-speaking skills are a plus.
  • Strong data entry and customer service skills required.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and empathize with patients.
  • Reliable internet connectivity meeting specified speed and latency requirements.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills for effective information sharing.
