Overview

  • Manage construction projects ranging from $15M to $75M, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to meet project goals and client expectations effectively.
  • Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation to maximize efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements across all project phases.
  • Lead and mentor project teams to foster a culture of excellence and collaboration.
  • Utilize innovative construction methodologies to enhance project outcomes and client satisfaction.
  • Engage in strategic planning to align project execution with organizational objectives.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets for assigned projects.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
  • Preferred 10 years of experience managing large-scale construction projects.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools for effective planning and execution.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, safety standards, and regulatory compliance.
