  • Manage IT project portfolios ensuring compliance and successful execution.
  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Support global commercial and patient service objectives through strategic planning.
  • Provide insights and analysis for project portfolios to enhance decision-making.
  • Work in a hybrid environment balancing in-office collaboration and individual flexibility.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Serve as a strategic IT business partner to align technology initiatives with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with leadership to build launch plans for new product introductions.
  • Manage Patient Services IT projects ensuring compliance and successful delivery.
  • Develop patient services engagement plans and execute strategies for new indications.
  • Implement business process designs and technology solutions adhering to SDLC and Agile principles.
  • Analyze project portfolios and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
  • Lead requirements gathering, documentation, and team guidance for successful project outcomes.
  • Showcase innovative patient engagement tools across the patient journey.
  • Coordinate with IT Service Delivery teams to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience managing complex cross-functional IT environments.
  • Proven expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud and related applications.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC guidelines, Agile methodologies, and corporate compliance regulations.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills for effective collaboration.
  • Experience with patient services applications and analytical tools is preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization and manage diverse teams.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% as required.
  • Hybrid work environment with a minimum of three days per week in-office.
