Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Serve as a strategic IT business partner to align technology initiatives with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with leadership to build launch plans for new product introductions.
- Manage Patient Services IT projects ensuring compliance and successful delivery.
- Develop patient services engagement plans and execute strategies for new indications.
- Implement business process designs and technology solutions adhering to SDLC and Agile principles.
- Analyze project portfolios and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
- Lead requirements gathering, documentation, and team guidance for successful project outcomes.
- Showcase innovative patient engagement tools across the patient journey.
- Coordinate with IT Service Delivery teams to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience managing complex cross-functional IT environments.
- Proven expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud and related applications.
- Strong understanding of SDLC guidelines, Agile methodologies, and corporate compliance regulations.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills for effective collaboration.
- Experience with patient services applications and analytical tools is preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization and manage diverse teams.
- Willingness to travel up to 20% as required.
- Hybrid work environment with a minimum of three days per week in-office.
