Job Description

Overview

  • Support the Investor Relations team by managing administrative tasks and ensuring smooth communication with stakeholders.
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements for the Investor Relations department.
  • Prepare and organize reports, presentations, and documentation for investor meetings.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases related to investor communications and activities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of information to investors.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of investor events and conferences.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Contribute to the development of investor relations strategies and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage daily administrative tasks for the Investor Relations team, ensuring operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, calls, and events for stakeholders.
  • Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and materials for investor communications.
  • Maintain and update databases and records related to investor activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support investor relations initiatives.
  • Assist in organizing and executing investor events and conferences.
  • Handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Provide insights and suggestions to enhance investor relations processes.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree or equivalent education.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably in investor relations.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database management tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Experience in coordinating events and managing schedules.
  • Knowledge of investor relations practices and strategies is a plus.
