Overview

  • Lead construction efforts for mission-critical data center projects, ensuring efficient execution and high-quality results.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables, maintaining alignment with organizational goals.
  • Oversee all aspects of data center construction, including planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations throughout the construction process.
  • Manage cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones and deadlines effectively.
  • Implement innovative solutions to optimize construction processes and enhance project outcomes.
  • Maintain strong relationships with contractors, suppliers, and other external partners.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Coordinate and oversee all phases of data center construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective resource utilization.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management; 25 years preferred.
  • Proven expertise in managing large-scale, mission-critical construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
