Overview

  • Lead and manage construction projects, ensuring quality delivery within budget and timelines.
  • Oversee high-end restaurant and luxury retail construction projects, focusing on custom designs and unique builds.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, and subcontractors to achieve project goals and maintain strong relationships.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies throughout project execution.
  • Develop accurate project estimates and budgets, leveraging expertise in negotiated work processes.

Key Responsibilities & Duties
