Senior Project Manager

Overview

• Lead and manage construction projects, ensuring quality delivery within budget and timelines.
• Oversee high-end restaurant and luxury retail construction projects, focusing on custom designs and unique builds.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, and subcontractors to achieve project goals and maintain strong relationships.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Manage all phases of construction projects, from planning to completion, ensuring client satisfaction.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management; 10 years preferred.
• Proven expertise in high-end restaurant and luxury retail construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of negotiated work processes and accurate project estimation.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality standards.
