Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration; CPA certification preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years accounting experience, with 5 years in managerial roles and healthcare-related financial operations.
- Proficiency in IT systems, including databases, spreadsheets, and report-writing tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with effective communication abilities across management levels.
- Experience in budgeting, cost accounting, and financial reporting within the healthcare industry.
