Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger entries and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
• Identify opportunities to streamline accounting processes and enhance efficiency.
• Cultivate strong client relationships, providing strategic financial advice.
• Stay updated on changes in accounting principles and regulations, implementing necessary adjustments.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client service delivery.
• Utilize accounting software to manage financial data and reporting.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
• CPA certification preferred but not mandatory.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in client accounting services within a public accounting firm.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Yardi, Bill.com, NetSuite, and Expensify preferred.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality in work.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work arrangement.
