Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage inbound and outbound calls, ensuring customer inquiries are resolved promptly.
  • Assist customers with insurance-related queries and provide accurate information.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the system.
  • Complete required typing and written assessments during the hiring process.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and efficiency.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures while handling sensitive information.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a call center environment, 2 years preferred.
  • Ability to type at least 40 words per minute; typing test required.
  • Bilingual skills are strongly preferred but not mandatory.
  • Familiarity with insurance or healthcare terminology is advantageous.
  • Comfortable handling high call volumes in a professional manner.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
