Overview

  • Lead diverse construction projects as a Traveling Superintendent, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion.
  • Coordinate with on-site teams to optimize resources, schedules, and project efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and construction codes across all project stages.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align project objectives and deliverables effectively.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to construction teams, fostering a productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Supervise construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans, timelines, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to maintain project efficiency and resource availability.
  • Monitor site safety and enforce compliance with established safety protocols.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress and address any issues proactively.

Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required; certifications in construction management preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management or supervision.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams effectively in dynamic environments.
  • Strong knowledge of construction codes, safety regulations, and project management tools.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to guide teams and liaise with stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel extensively to project sites as required.
