Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Prepare and review tax returns for S corporations and individual clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
  • Collaborate with team members to analyze financial data and provide strategic tax planning recommendations.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tax laws and regulations to advise clients effectively.
  • Assist in managing client relationships, addressing inquiries, and delivering exceptional service.
  • Support the team during tax season with efficient workflow management and adherence to deadlines.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in tax preparation, with a preference for 4 years.
  • Proficiency in tax software and financial analysis tools.
  • Strong understanding of tax laws and regulations applicable to S corporations and individual clients.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, especially during peak tax seasons.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
