Job Description

Overview

  • Serve as a Leasing Specialist, facilitating housing opportunities and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues effectively.
  • Assist in the leasing process, including application review and documentation verification.
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain accurate records and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage leasing inquiries and applications, ensuring compliance with organizational policies.

Job Requirements

  • Associate of Arts (AA) degree or equivalent education required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in leasing or housing services; 5 years preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of housing regulations and leasing processes.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in record-keeping and documentation management.
  • Ability to work on-site and collaborate effectively with team members.
