Systems Engineer

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Administer and support Windows Server platforms, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
• Manage Hyper-V virtualization environments, including provisioning and performance tuning.
• Deploy and troubleshoot applications using PDQ Deploy/Inventory tools.
• Collaborate on designing and maintaining internal websites and web applications.
• Provide operational support for AI platforms and assist in their integration.
• Perform basic network troubleshooting and apply networking principles effectively.
• Support SQL Server administration and query tasks as needed.
• Maintain and update system documentation and procedures.
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in a relevant field.
• 5–7 years of experience in Windows Systems Administration or related IT roles.
• Proficiency in Windows Server systems and services such as Active Directory and DNS.
• Hands-on experience with Hyper-V virtualization and application deployment tools.
• Basic knowledge of networking concepts and troubleshooting.
• Exposure to AI platforms and SQL Server administration is preferred.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in automation, cloud platforms, and security.
