Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is required; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience; 3 years preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving performance metrics and operational goals.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and engage teams.
- Experience in managing high-volume emergency departments is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements in healthcare.
