Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Supervise fund administrators in managing daily accounting and reporting tasks effectively.

- Review and approve financial transactions at various levels of investment.
- Monitor daily cash activities, including wire transfers and bank reconciliations.
- Ensure accurate interpretation and application of partnership agreements.
- Prepare and review quarterly accounting packages and financial statements.
- Support external auditors during audits, providing necessary documentation and insights.
- Maintain strong client relationships, addressing queries and delivering exceptional service.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is required.
- Professional accounting designation (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is preferred.
- 5-7 years of experience in fund accounting or investment management.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and regulatory compliance standards.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Allvue, Investran, or similar systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
