Overview

  • Lead construction projects focusing on MEP systems within mission-critical facilities, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
  • Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to achieve project objectives effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout project execution.
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to optimize efficiency and minimize risks.
  • Travel extensively to oversee multiple construction sites and ensure consistent project management practices.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to on-site teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Utilize technical expertise to troubleshoot and resolve complex MEP-related challenges.
  • Collaborate with design teams to ensure alignment between project plans and construction execution.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Supervise and manage all aspects of MEP construction activities on-site.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and ensure milestones are met.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.

Job Requirements

  • Associate degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience in construction management.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in MEP construction, with 15 years preferred.
  • Proven expertise in managing mission-critical construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of MEP systems and industry standards.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to travel extensively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
