Overview

  • Manage and oversee estimation and project management tasks for construction projects in the restaurant industry.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met within budget and timelines.
  • Utilize industry-standard tools and techniques for accurate project estimation and planning.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards throughout project execution.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients and team members to ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Prepare detailed project estimates and budgets based on client requirements and specifications.
  • Coordinate and oversee project activities to ensure timely completion.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project alignment.
  • Conduct regular site visits to assess project status and quality.
  • Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders and management.
  • Implement cost-saving measures and optimize resource allocation.
  • Ensure adherence to contractual agreements and project specifications.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in estimation and project management, preferably in the restaurant AEC sector.
  • High School Diploma or GED required; advanced education in construction management or related field preferred.
  • Proficiency in project management software and estimation tools.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams effectively.
  • Ability to work remotely while maintaining productivity and collaboration.
  • Experience in budget management and cost control techniques.
