POSITION OVERVIEW

Green Key Resources is looking for an IT/Technical Business Development Recruiter to join our dynamic recruiting division specializing in IT opportunities. This role offers a unique blend of business development and recruitment responsibilities, providing the chance to build meaningful relationships with industry leaders and drive impactful hiring solutions. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to identify and secure new IT staffing opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique hiring needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Source, screen, and recruit top IT talent for various roles, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align recruitment strategies with business development goals.
  • Analyze industry trends and market data to identify opportunities and refine recruitment approaches.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring mutual satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Utilize advanced sourcing tools and techniques to attract passive and active candidates.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track progress and measure success.
  • Participate in networking events and industry forums to expand professional connections.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or business development within the IT sector.
  • Strong understanding of IT industry trends, technologies, and staffing solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
  • Demonstrated success in building and maintaining client relationships.
