POSITION OVERVIEW
Green Key Resources is looking for an Architecture & Engineering 360 Recruiter to join our dynamic and growing recruiting division specializing in architecture, engineering, and construction management. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for architecture and engineering roles, including sourcing, screening, and placing top-tier candidates.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients to understand their unique needs and goals.
- Utilize the company's applicant tracking system (ATS) and other sourcing tools to build a robust candidate pipeline.
- Analyze resumes and qualifications to match candidates with appropriate roles in architecture, engineering, and construction management.
- Collaborate with team leaders to assess hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Provide expert consultation to clients on recruitment strategies and market trends within the A&E industry.
- Engage in business development activities to expand client base and identify new opportunities for growth.
- Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to optimize processes and achieve hiring goals.
- Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to enhance professional presence and market knowledge.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruiting and/or business development, preferably within the A&E industry.
- Strong understanding of architecture, engineering, and construction management roles and industry trends.
- Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and candidates.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a commitment to achieving results in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using recruitment tools and systems, including ATS platforms.
