POSITION OVERVIEW
Green Key Resources is looking for an Architecture & Engineering Recruiter to join our dynamic and expanding team remotely. This role specializes in recruiting top-tier professionals within the architecture, engineering, and construction sectors. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for architecture and engineering professionals, including sourcing, screening, and placement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with candidates, understanding their career goals and aligning them with client needs.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems and other sourcing tools to build a robust candidate pipeline.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring requirements and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Analyze industry trends and data to enhance recruitment strategies and deliver optimal results.
- Engage in networking activities to attract both active and passive candidates within the A&E sector.
- Coordinate with team leaders to align recruitment efforts with organizational goals and client expectations.
- Provide exceptional client service, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Contribute to team initiatives and share insights to improve overall recruitment processes.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or business development within architecture and engineering sectors.
- Proven ability to understand and discuss technical skills and industry-specific qualifications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building strong relationships.
- Demonstrated success in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in using recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems.
- A proactive and collaborative approach to achieving team and individual goals.
