POSITION OVERVIEW

Green Key Resources is looking for a Technical 180 Recruiter to join our dynamic IT recruiting division, specializing in AI/ML and Electrical Engineering roles. This position offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with top-tier professionals and industry leaders, driving impactful placements in cutting-edge technical fields. The ideal candidate is proactive, results-oriented, and possesses a strong understanding of IT recruitment processes. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct full life-cycle recruitment for AI/ML and Electrical Engineering roles, ensuring alignment with client needs and candidate qualifications.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to build a robust professional network.
  • Utilize advanced sourcing techniques and tools, including ATS systems, to identify and attract top talent.
  • Analyze industry trends and market data to inform recruitment strategies and optimize placement success.
  • Negotiate contracts and staffing agreements to secure mutually beneficial partnerships with clients.
  • Collaborate with team members to assess hiring needs and develop strategic recruitment plans.
  • Provide exceptional candidate experience through clear communication and professional support throughout the recruitment process.
  • Participate in professional development activities to enhance industry knowledge and recruitment expertise.
  • Drive revenue growth through effective placements and expanding service offerings within the technical recruitment domain.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical recruitment, with 3 years preferred.
  • Proven expertise in sourcing and placing candidates in IT, AI/ML, and Electrical Engineering roles.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
  • Commitment to ethical standards and professional integrity.
