POSITION OVERVIEW

Green Key Resources is looking for a Business Development Manager to join our dynamic national recruiting division specializing in healthcare. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive business growth, collaborate with industry leaders, and contribute to impactful healthcare staffing solutions. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and expand client relationships within the healthcare industry, focusing on staffing and recruitment solutions.
  • Market full-time placement services to prospective and existing clients, showcasing the value of Green Key Resources' offerings.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, research, and strategic outreach.
  • Manage the sales cycle from initial contact to closing, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate with the recruiting team to source and match top healthcare talent to client needs.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements, maintaining professionalism and alignment with company standards.
  • Analyze market trends and client feedback to refine strategies and improve service delivery.
  • Contribute to team success by sharing insights, mentoring colleagues, and supporting organizational goals.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance skills and stay updated on industry advancements.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in healthcare or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in staffing business development or healthcare recruitment; 7 years preferred.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building successful client relationships.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of healthcare industry trends and staffing practices.
  • Ambitious, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset.
