KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage full lifecycle recruitment for clinical and nonclinical healthcare roles, ensuring a seamless hiring process.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and organizations to build a robust network.
• Utilize the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other sourcing tools to identify top talent.
• Analyze resumes to match specialized skills and qualifications with client needs.
• Stay updated on industry trends and healthcare market developments to inform recruitment strategies.
• Implement innovative sourcing techniques to attract both active and passive candidates.
• Collaborate with team leaders to align recruitment efforts with organizational goals.
• Collect and analyze recruitment data to enhance process efficiency and effectiveness.
• Provide exceptional service to clients and candidates, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Healthcare, Nursing, or related fields.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in agency recruiting or healthcare industry roles.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare industry practices and recruitment methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
• Proficiency in using ATS and other recruitment tools for candidate sourcing.
• Demonstrated commitment to ethical standards and professional integrity.
