POSITION OVERVIEW

Green Key Resources is looking for a Construction Recruiting Account Manager to join our dynamic staffing and recruiting division specializing in commercial construction. This role offers the opportunity to engage with top professionals in the industry, fostering relationships and driving successful placements. The ideal candidate is financially motivated, knowledgeable in the construction sector, and eager to contribute to a collaborative team environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct full lifecycle recruiting for commercial construction professionals, ensuring alignment with client needs and candidate qualifications.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with construction professionals, including superintendents, project managers, and estimators.
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools to build a robust network of qualified candidates.
  • Analyze resumes to identify specialized skills and qualifications relevant to the construction industry.
  • Implement creative recruitment strategies to attract active and passive candidates.
  • Collaborate with team leaders to assess hiring needs and align recruitment strategies with organizational goals.
  • Provide expert consultation to clients on recruitment strategies and market trends.
  • Balance client and candidate needs to achieve optimal placement outcomes.
  • Collect and analyze recruitment data to enhance hiring processes and outcomes.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment and business development within the commercial construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of construction industry practices and relevant professional roles.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated success in building and maintaining professional relationships.
  • Proficiency in utilizing recruitment tools and systems effectively.
