Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of assurance professionals.
• Oversee audit engagements, ensuring quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
• Drive business development and community engagement efforts.
• Collaborate with leadership on strategic initiatives for regional growth.
• Provide insights to clients to strengthen governance and financial operations.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field.
• Active CPA license with 12+ years of assurance experience.
• Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
• Strong focus on non-profit organizations and client relationship management.
• Excellent communication skills and professional judgment.
• Commitment to community involvement and networking in the Delaware region.
• Ability to work additional hours during peak times.
• Participation in the Future Leaders Academy for leadership development.
