Manager, Finance & Accounting

Overview

• Lead financial operations and ensure accuracy of accounting records in a dynamic eCommerce environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic growth and efficiency.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements in compliance with GAAP standards.
• Support external audits, tax filings, and annual reporting processes.
• Manage financial integrations with eCommerce and fulfillment platforms.
• Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support leadership decisions.
• Ensure accuracy of inventory reconciliations and general ledger maintenance.
• Contribute to a fast-paced, innovative environment focused on growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Manage day-to-day financial operations including payables, receivables, payroll, and reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate financial records across multiple revenue channels.
• Perform monthly and year-end close processes ensuring precision and timeliness.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements in compliance with GAAP.
• Support external audits, tax filings, and annual reporting requirements.
• Collaborate on budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Conduct ad hoc financial analysis to support strategic initiatives.
• Ensure seamless financial integrations with eCommerce and fulfillment platforms.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field; CPA or CMA preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting or financial management.
• Proficiency with accounting systems and advanced Excel skills.
• Experience in eCommerce, CPG, or manufacturing industries preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills across departments.
• Ability to manage accounting functions independently in a hybrid work environment.
• Knowledge of financial integrations with eCommerce platforms is advantageous.
