Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Prepare individual, partnership, corporate, trust, and estate tax returns, including multi-state and foreign filings.
- Review tax projections and quarterly estimates prepared by staff.
- Supervise, train, and mentor tax staff, providing technical support.
- Respond to inquiries and audit requests from tax authorities.
- Research complex tax issues and prepare detailed documentation.
- Review client meeting packages and provide insights.
- Communicate effectively with partners and business managers.
- Attend professional development and training sessions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Enrolled Agent (EA) certification.
- Minimum of 5 years of related tax experience, 10 years preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CCH Axcess software.
- Strong understanding of GAAP, financial statement analysis, and tax research.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
