Overview

  • Represent the client in the designated territory, driving sales growth and expanding market presence through strategic initiatives.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and enhance customer engagement.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, fostering long-term relationships with clients and partners.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities, customer interactions, and progress toward goals.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance and market insights to management.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Conduct engaging sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to prospective clients' needs.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and fostering loyalty.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree or equivalent education and relevant experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, with a preference for 6 years in a similar role.
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Exceptional negotiation and communication skills to build and sustain client relationships.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics for effective pipeline management.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting, managing time and resources efficiently.
  • Strong understanding of market trends and competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions.
  • Willingness to travel within the territory for client meetings and industry events.
