Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements
- Associate of Science (AS) degree or equivalent in a relevant field is required.

- Proven track record of managing multifamily projects with budgets up to $30M successfully.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
