Job Description

Overview

  • Lead multifamily construction projects, ensuring quality, timely delivery, and adherence to budgets up to $30M.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables effectively.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and communication throughout project phases.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure success.
  • Prepare and present detailed project status reports to stakeholders and management regularly.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies consistently.
  • Foster a collaborative and productive work environment among project team members.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
  • Coordinate subcontractor activities and ensure adherence to established project schedules.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure quality standards are met.
  • Facilitate effective communication between clients, contractors, and internal teams.
  • Manage procurement of materials and equipment to meet project requirements efficiently.

Job Requirements

  • Associate of Science (AS) degree or equivalent in a relevant field is required.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in construction project management; 5 years preferred.
  • Proven track record of managing multifamily projects with budgets up to $30M successfully.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools is essential.
  • Ability to work on-site and manage teams in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
