Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
- Minimum two years of experience in patient care delivery, preferably in neonatal care.
- Registered Nurse License (California) and Basic Life Support certification required at hire.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in a healthcare setting.
- Knowledge of patient safety, emergency preparedness, and evidence-based medicine principles.
