Overview
- Lead multifamily and mixed-use construction projects, ensuring successful execution from initiation to completion with a focus on quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Oversee projects from initiation through closeout, managing budgets, contracts, and documentation effectively.
- Prepare bid packages, solicit bids, and perform detailed analyses to determine contract values.
- Negotiate, award, and administer subcontracts, ensuring financial reviews and contract changes are accurately managed.
- Maintain comprehensive buyout logs with monthly updates, tracking budgets, contracts, and financial performance.
- Coordinate construction documents across disciplines, ensuring alignment and adherence to quality standards.
- Manage RFIs, submittals, samples, and approvals, maintaining audit-ready records for compliance purposes.
- Collaborate with field teams to support execution and uphold quality standards throughout construction phases.
- Drive project deadlines, maintaining proactive communication with subcontractors and stakeholders for seamless execution.
Job Requirements
- Associate degree or equivalent experience in construction management or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience, with 10 years preferred, managing multifamily and mixed-use projects.
- Proficiency in project management tools, including Procore and CPM scheduling, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong skills in contract negotiation, budgeting, and subcontract administration for complex projects.
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans, specifications, and technical consultant reports effectively.
- Effective leadership and mentoring skills to manage and develop team members successfully.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of meeting deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
