Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Coordinate investor operational due diligence reviews, including completion of DDQs and customized questionnaires.
- Manage responses and materials from internal teams to ensure timely and accurate deliverables.
- Maintain and update investor-facing documents and operational templates to uphold quality standards.
- Prepare for investor meetings, including follow-ups and creation of tailored materials.
- Oversee investor information within CRM systems and track diligence-related activities.
- Participate in investor meetings and calls, providing necessary support and insights.
- Identify and propose improvements to team processes and client service methodologies.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is mandatory.
- 3-10 years of experience in the alternative investments industry, preferably within hedge funds.
- Strong familiarity with hedge fund structures, fund operations, and institutional due diligence practices.
- Proactive mindset with excellent judgment and ownership capabilities.
- Collaborative and team-oriented approach with a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM systems.
- Series 3 certification required post-employment.
