Overview

  • Become an integral part of a leading financial services firm, supporting investor relations and operational due diligence activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Compliance, Legal, and Technology, to deliver exceptional client service.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality investor-facing materials and due diligence documentation.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Coordinate investor operational due diligence reviews, including completion of DDQs and customized questionnaires.
  • Manage responses and materials from internal teams to ensure timely and accurate deliverables.
  • Maintain and update investor-facing documents and operational templates to uphold quality standards.
  • Prepare for investor meetings, including follow-ups and creation of tailored materials.
  • Oversee investor information within CRM systems and track diligence-related activities.
  • Participate in investor meetings and calls, providing necessary support and insights.
  • Identify and propose improvements to team processes and client service methodologies.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is mandatory.
  • 3-10 years of experience in the alternative investments industry, preferably within hedge funds.
  • Strong familiarity with hedge fund structures, fund operations, and institutional due diligence practices.
  • Proactive mindset with excellent judgment and ownership capabilities.
  • Collaborative and team-oriented approach with a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM systems.
  • Series 3 certification required post-employment.
