Overview

  • Lead the financial strategy and operations of the organization, ensuring fiscal health and compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in accounting or finance roles, with 10 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis, reporting, and ERP systems; Vista experience is advantageous.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations, guidelines, and risk management practices.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and collaboration skills to drive team success.
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic financial plans and initiatives.
  • Experience in preparing financial reports and providing actionable recommendations.
