Overview

  • Assist in managing construction projects in Miami, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
  • Collaborate with project teams to coordinate schedules, resources, and deliverables effectively.
  • Support the Project Manager in overseeing project milestones and addressing challenges proactively.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies throughout project execution.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including reports, budgets, and schedules.
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders, contractors, and team members to ensure project alignment.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and practices.
  • Participate in project planning meetings and provide input to optimize project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Coordinate project schedules and monitor progress to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Assist in budget management, tracking expenditures, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor construction activities and address issues promptly.
  • Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and management.
  • Collaborate with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Support risk management efforts by identifying potential issues and implementing mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure documentation accuracy and completeness for project audits and reviews.
  • Provide administrative support to the Project Manager and assist in decision-making processes.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field is required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction project management; 5 years preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of project management principles and construction industry practices.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools is highly desirable.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills to coordinate with diverse teams.
  • Ability to work on-site and adapt to dynamic project environments.
