Job Description

Overview

  • Assist in managing real estate properties, ensuring smooth operations and tenant satisfaction.
  • Coordinate administrative tasks and support the property management team in daily activities.
  • Handle tenant move-in and move-out processes, including utility management.
  • Maintain contractor charts and dispatch contractors for repairs and maintenance.
  • Follow up on completed jobs and ensure quality standards are met.
  • Collaborate with team members to address property management challenges effectively.
  • Provide administrative support, including data entry and documentation management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in property operations.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Coordinate tenant transitions, including utility account closures and openings.
  • Update contractor charts and maintain accurate records in Excel.
  • Dispatch contractors for property repairs and maintenance tasks.
  • Follow up on maintenance jobs to ensure completion and quality.
  • Support the property management team with administrative duties.
  • Handle tenant inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Assist in maintaining organized documentation and records.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient property operations.

Job Requirements

  • Associate of Arts (AA) degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in property management or related field.
  • Proficiency in Excel for maintaining contractor charts and records.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under supervision.
  • Excellent communication skills for tenant and contractor interactions.
