Assistant Construction Superintendent

Overview

• Assist in overseeing construction activities for data center and light industrial projects, ensuring quality and timely completion.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Coordinate daily construction activities and ensure compliance with project schedules and quality standards.

• Support the preparation of project documentation, including progress reports and compliance records.

Job Requirements

• Associate's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction, preferably data center or light industrial projects.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, safety protocols, and project management principles.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills to coordinate multiple tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in construction software and tools for scheduling and documentation.
