Overview

- Lead technical project execution, ensuring quality, precision, and adherence to established timelines.
- Collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to deliver exceptional architectural solutions.
- Engage in construction administration tasks, including site visits, document reviews, and submissions.
- Coordinate project schedules, monitor progress, and produce detailed construction documents.
- Participate in strategic meetings to ensure project alignment and success.
- Collaborate with estimating and construction teams to refine project details and address bidding concerns.
- Work both independently and within a team environment, contributing to firm-wide improvements.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Oversee technical execution of architectural projects, ensuring adherence to schedules and quality standards.
- Coordinate with external consultants and internal teams to ensure seamless project progression.
- Produce accurate construction documents and record set drawings upon project completion.
- Assist in construction administration tasks, including reviewing shop drawings and responding to RFIs.
- Participate in client, consultant, and team meetings to ensure project goals are met.
- Collaborate with estimating and construction teams to ensure document clarity and coordination.
- Implement and enforce quality control procedures throughout the project lifecycle.
- Contribute to team efforts, meeting deadlines and supporting organizational improvements.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Architecture (B.Arch.) is required for this position.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural project management; 7 years preferred.
- Proficiency in construction document production and project scheduling.
- Experience with construction administration tasks, including site visits and document submissions.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently.
- Strong skills in coordinating with clients, consultants, and construction teams.
- Familiarity with quality control procedures and document clarity standards.
- On-site work arrangement is required for this role.
