Job Description

Overview

  • Collaborate with the VP of Talent and a team of recruiters to manage high-volume recruitment for Direct Support Professional roles.
  • Engage in hybrid work arrangements, balancing in-office and remote work for optimal productivity.
  • Support recruitment efforts for positions within human services, focusing on impactful roles in community programs.
  • Provide recruitment coverage during team absences and assist in overloaded areas to ensure seamless operations.
  • Participate in job fairs to attract candidates and promote organizational opportunities.
  • Contribute to reducing open positions significantly by implementing effective recruitment strategies.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Review resumes and conduct phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
  • Submit qualified candidates to hiring managers and follow up on feedback to ensure timely progress.
  • Recruit candidates for high-volume, entry-level positions within the human services sector.
  • Coordinate recruitment activities, including job fairs and community outreach initiatives.
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize recruitment processes and meet organizational goals.
  • Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate interactions.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve recruitment strategies and outcomes.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree required, with relevant experience in recruitment or human services preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience, ideally in high-volume or non-profit sectors.
  • Proficiency in resume screening, candidate assessment, and recruitment coordination.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Experience with hybrid work arrangements and adaptability to different work environments.
  • Familiarity with recruitment for entry-level positions in human services or similar fields.
