Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution is required.
- Minimum of two years of nursing experience, with leadership roles preferred.
- Active Registered Nurse License in California and Basic Life Support certification are mandatory.
- Knowledge of quality improvement processes, staffing management, and budgeting practices.
- Familiarity with the Nursing Practice Act and healthcare regulatory standards.
