Overview

  • Supervise and lead operations in a Level III NICU, ensuring exceptional neonatal care and compliance with healthcare standards.
  • Foster a collaborative environment among healthcare professionals to deliver patient-centered care and drive team excellence.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Oversee clinical operations, ensuring adherence to practice standards and regulatory compliance.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution is required.
  • Minimum of two years of nursing experience, with leadership roles preferred.
  • Active Registered Nurse License in California and Basic Life Support certification are mandatory.
  • Knowledge of quality improvement processes, staffing management, and budgeting practices.
  • Familiarity with the Nursing Practice Act and healthcare regulatory standards.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster collaboration and team effectiveness.
  • Advanced certifications such as ACLS, PALS, or NRP are preferred for enhanced qualifications.
