Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Lead multiple high-value commercial construction projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, and subcontractors to deliver successful project outcomes.
  • Oversee project budgets, schedules, and risk management to achieve operational targets.
  • Mentor and manage project managers, superintendents, and support staff to enhance team performance.
  • Implement safety programs and operational best practices to maintain high standards.
  • Act as the primary executive contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and fostering relationships.
  • Support business development by engaging in strategic pursuits and client relationships.
  • Monitor staffing and resource allocation to ensure project needs are met effectively.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field required.
  • 15+ years of progressive construction management experience, including leadership of large projects.
  • Proven expertise in commercial, healthcare, higher education, or industrial construction sectors.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills to inspire and mentor project teams.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and client-relations abilities.
  • Advanced knowledge of project management software, scheduling tools, and financial controls.
  • Ability to implement safety programs and operational best practices effectively.
  • Experience in fostering client relationships and contributing to business development efforts.
