Job Description

Overview

  • Coordinate AI projects, meetings, demos, and training sessions for the Innovation team in a hybrid work environment.
  • Maintain project trackers and documentation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for team members.
  • Collaborate with vendors to manage logistics, NDAs, and security reviews effectively.
  • Support internal training initiatives and knowledge-sharing efforts across the organization.
  • Utilize tools like M365, Monday.com, and GenAI workflows to streamline operations.
  • Contribute to innovation content management by updating intranet pages and organizing files.
  • Engage in a dynamic environment with opportunities for professional growth and learning.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage calendars, agendas, and logistics for demos, workshops, and meetings.
  • Prepare agendas and materials, document decisions, and circulate notes promptly.
  • Coordinate vendor NDAs and security reviews, ensuring timely completion.
  • Organize training sessions, manage attendance, and distribute materials effectively.
  • Maintain and update team Monday.com boards and SharePoint trackers.
  • Ensure innovation intranet pages are current and files are properly managed.
  • Support cross-functional knowledge-sharing initiatives within the organization.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with 2-4 years of experience in professional services.
  • Proficiency in M365, Monday.com, and GenAI tools; familiarity with Power BI is advantageous.
  • Strong interest in legal innovation and a drive to learn in a dynamic field.
  • Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and take initiative effectively.
  • Excellent multitasking skills and adaptability to changing priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail and clear communication skills.
