Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements

• Associate of Science (AS) degree in a relevant field is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction management; 5 years preferred.
• Proven expertise in commercial or healthcare construction projects.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage on-site teams effectively.
• Comprehensive understanding of construction safety regulations and protocols.
• Ability to interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project specifications.
