Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruiting for product-focused roles; 5 years preferred.
  • Proven track record in managing end-to-end recruitment processes in dynamic settings.
  • Strong sourcing skills, including engaging passive candidates through diverse channels.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in ATS systems and recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with candidates and hiring teams.
