Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Lead programming, space planning, and design development phases for multiple interior design projects.
- Develop and present design concepts, material palettes, and FF&E selections to clients and stakeholders.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure accurate execution of design intent.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and client expectations effectively.
- Produce high-quality construction documentation and presentation materials adhering to industry standards.
- Mentor and guide junior designers, promoting skill development and design innovation.
- Participate in client meetings, site visits, and construction administration activities as required.
- Contribute to firm-wide initiatives to enhance design quality and technological advancement.
Job Requirements
- NCIDQ Certification is mandatory for this position.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture.
- 6–10+ years of professional experience in interior design, preferably in commercial or hospitality sectors.
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and rendering software.
- Strong design sensibility and experience in developing comprehensive interior design packages.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within interdisciplinary teams and manage multiple projects.
