Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Perform quarterly valuations for fund investments using internal and external data sources.
  • Develop performance analyses, KPI trackers, and presentations for strategic decision-making.
  • Apply valuation methodologies like DCF and comparable company transactions to assess investment value.
  • Ensure accuracy and reliability in quantitative and qualitative valuation data.
  • Collaborate with accounting, credit, and operations teams to address valuation inquiries.
  • Monitor financial performance and industry trends to inform portfolio management strategies.
  • Maintain comprehensive valuation databases and prepare detailed quarterly reports.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in valuation processes and methodologies.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, mathematics, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in valuation or portfolio analysis is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and reporting is essential.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in a dynamic work environment.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Resourceful problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or collaboratively.
  • Experience with financial performance monitoring and industry analysis is advantageous.
