Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Lead architectural production phases, translating design concepts into detailed construction documents.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, life safety, and accessibility standards.
- Coordinate with consultants, engineers, vendors, and clients for seamless project integration.
- Perform technical reviews and quality control checks on documentation packages.
- Mentor junior staff in technical guidance, BIM workflows, and best practices.
- Participate in client meetings and presentations related to technical deliverables.
- Respond to RFIs, review submittals, and support construction administration activities.
- Assist in on-site observation visits and punch list development as required.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch) required.
- Architectural license preferred; licensure in progress strongly encouraged.
- 6–10 years of professional experience, including leadership in documentation.
- Advanced proficiency in Revit and BIM workflows essential.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, detailing standards, and construction methods.
- Experience with complex commercial or institutional projects preferred.
- Familiarity with sustainable design strategies and high-performance building systems.
- Proficiency in Bluebeam, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office advantageous.
