Overview

  • Lead architectural design and technical execution for diverse projects, ensuring quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Lead architectural production phases, translating design concepts into detailed construction documents.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, life safety, and accessibility standards.
  • Coordinate with consultants, engineers, vendors, and clients for seamless project integration.
  • Perform technical reviews and quality control checks on documentation packages.
  • Mentor junior staff in technical guidance, BIM workflows, and best practices.
  • Participate in client meetings and presentations related to technical deliverables.
  • Respond to RFIs, review submittals, and support construction administration activities.
  • Assist in on-site observation visits and punch list development as required.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch) required.
  • Architectural license preferred; licensure in progress strongly encouraged.
  • 6–10 years of professional experience, including leadership in documentation.
  • Advanced proficiency in Revit and BIM workflows essential.
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, detailing standards, and construction methods.
  • Experience with complex commercial or institutional projects preferred.
  • Familiarity with sustainable design strategies and high-performance building systems.
  • Proficiency in Bluebeam, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office advantageous.
