Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements for the equity research team.
  • Manage communications, including emails, calls, and correspondence, in a timely manner.
  • Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for team use.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate records and databases relevant to team operations.
  • Provide logistical support for onsite and offsite meetings and events.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures in administrative tasks.
  • Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree required, preferably in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience, ideally within financial services.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective interaction.
  • Ability to work onsite during designated hours (7:30 AM – 5:30 PM).
