Overview

  • Assist in the management and execution of multifamily construction projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
  • Collaborate with project managers and construction teams to coordinate activities and resolve issues effectively.
  • Contribute to the renovation of large-scale projects, including a $50MM mill renovation.
  • Maintain compliance with safety regulations and company policies throughout project phases.
  • Support procurement and vendor management to ensure resource availability and cost efficiency.
  • Prepare and review project documentation, reports, and schedules for accuracy and completeness.
  • Provide technical assistance and guidance to teams to optimize project outcomes.
  • Engage in professional development opportunities to enhance construction management skills.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Coordinate daily construction activities and ensure alignment with project schedules and objectives.
  • Monitor project progress and report updates to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Assist in budget management and cost control measures to achieve financial goals.
  • Conduct site inspections to verify compliance with design specifications and safety standards.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in multifamily construction or similar projects.
  • Proficiency in construction management software and tools for project tracking.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills to manage diverse teams effectively.
  • Ability to work on-site and adapt to dynamic project environments.
